Tube of choice Font of choice DSB Flux - Bright Noise Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow Mask 214 - Weescotslass My Queen of Hearts kit Or if you would rather use another kit. Hearts Made by me! Do NOT use in other tutorials without my permission! ••••••••• Open a new image. 600x600 Floodfill with white. ••••••••• Choose a color that matches your tube and kit and fill on a new layer. Layer - New Mask Layer - From Image Find WSL_Mask214 Invert mask data unchecked, Merge group. If your using my Queen of Hearts kit - Open Frame1. Copy and paste as new layer onto your canvas. Resize if you'd like. Click in the middle of the frame and expand by 5. Choose a paper from the kit and paste as a new layer. Selections - Invert - Delete This will get rid of the excess paper. Move your paper layer below your frame layer but above the mask layer. Add a drop shadow to your frame. ••••••••• Open the hearts I provided. Copy the textured heart and paste as new layer. Resize if you'd like, and position like mine above. I rotated mine to the left by 15 degress.  Copy the jeweled hearts and paste as new layer. Center them on top of the textured hearts, like mine. Copy and paster your tube. Copy any flower, the tag, any bow, and candy heart of your choice and paste all as new layers. Resize and position them where you like, or use my tag as an example. ••••••••• Choose one of the doodles and copy/paste as new layer. Move the doodle under the paper layer. Rotate it to your liking. Duplicate it, mirror and flip. Add your drop shadow to all your layers, except the paper and mask. ••••••••• Add your name, I used the font Ambiance BT Swash. Add a gradient glow to your name. Add DSB Flux - Bright Noise - 15 Add a drop shadow. Add your copyright information. ••••••••• I added a slight Bright Noise effect to my layer as well. Up to you if you want to. Select your jeweled heart layer. DSB Flux - Bright Noise - 20 - Mix ••••••••• Back in Paint Shop, again add the Bright Noise. This time hitting the Mix button twice. Copy and paste after your current frame in AS. In Paint Shop, Bright Noise, hit Mix three times. Paste into AS after the last layer pasted. Crop excess white background if needed. View Animation.
