I used one of Zindy Nielsen's free images.   •••••••••   .:Supplies:. Tube of your choice. Mask #96.by Weescotslass. Xenofex 2 - Constellation Font of your choice. My Elijah's Promise Scrapkit which can be found at my BLOG! ••••••••• New Image - 600x600 Floodfill with white. Choose one of the frames from the kit that will match your tube. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Choose one of the ribbons. Paste and then Duplicate and rotate to the left by 10. (Position the ribbons on the frame so that it looks like the frame is wrapped with them.) Choose a bow and paste into your canvas. You can position similar to mine or to your liking. I also added a flower, but make the tag your own if you wish to add the flower or not, it's up to you. Copy and paste your tube and move it underneath the ribbons. Add a drop shadow to all your layers. ••••••••• Choose one of the papers and copy and paste as new layer. Move the layer underneath the frame and apply your mask. Choose another paper and apply the mask again. Resize that layer so it's smaller and fits on top of the first mask layer. Merge your two mask layers together. On your mask layer go to Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.  Selections - Modify - Contract by 25. ••••••••• Selection - Invert Xenofex 2 - Constellation with the following settings. Select None. ••••••••• Add your name, copyright info, and a saying if you like. I used the saying "All I need is my one star in the sky to wish for you everyday."
